Meghan Markle has quietly reached a major social media milestone, just as the rest of the Royal Family reunited for this week’s French state visit in the UK.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, now boasts over four million followers on Instagram, just seven months after launching her account.
While Meghan hasn’t publicly acknowledged the achievement, her loyal fans were quick to celebrate online, noting the timing comes right after the soft launch of her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard.
Earlier this week, Meghan shared a peek into her family’s 4th of July celebrations, including charming photos of cupcakes she reportedly baked at home in Montecito with Prince Harry and their two children, Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4.
The Duchess and Prince Harry stepped back from royal duties in 2020 and have since built a life in California, focusing on media and philanthropic ventures.
Her Instagram milestone is seen by many fans as a sign of Meghan’s growing independent influence, especially as the royal spotlight turns back to London for the French president’s official visit.
