Someone touched French Montana’s nerves recently, which caused him to storm off in the middle of the interview.
The rapper made an appearance on the podcast Sited with Rah Ali, where he was asked about his personal life and rivalry with Max B.
“I just want to keep my private life. My private life,” the 40-year-old said. “I feel like every time it hit the media, it just, it was down to s*** after that.”
Montana looked visibly irritated and got more upset when Ali disclosed that Max would be appearing to host his show on the Moroccan-American artist’s birthday.
However, things turned sour when the host brought up Montana’s longtime collaborators, Drake and Rick Ross.
“I’ll be right back I think I double parked my car outside,” the Unforgettable hitmaker said before never coming back.
It is unclear what exactly caused the singer’s departure but it is worth noting Montana has publicly avoided discussing the beef in the past.
In the midst of the high-profile feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, many have overlooked the former’s rivalry with Ross but it remains one of hip-hop's most enduring feuds.
Karim Kharbouch, better known as French Montana, became prominent in East Coast rap with tracks like 2013’s Pop That and his 2021 album They Got Amnesia.
