Brad Pitt fans are in shock after an unfortunate incident was reported at the Hollywood stalwart's Los Angeles property.
The F1 star has become the latest victim in an ongoing spate of celebrity burglaries.
A report reveals 61-year-old actor’s home was targeted by three thieves. They managed to climb over the front fence before ransacking the Fury star’s home and stealing an unknown amount of property.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) revealed to NBC News that the break-in at a residence took place at 10:30pm on Wednesday, without identifying the owner of the property.
It is reported that the Fight Club actor wasn’t home as he was recently spotted in the UK promoting his upcoming the F1 movie, however, it is unclear if his girlfriend, Ines De Ramon, was home or not.
This isn’t the first time a Hollywood actor has been targeted by thieves, previously, Jennifer Aniston, Tom Hanks and Keith Urban have been targeted in recent years.
F1: The Movie starring Brad Pitt, Damson Idris and Lewis Hamilton has been co-written and directed by Top Gun: Maverick filmmaker Joseph Kosinski.
The movie has been released in theatres worldwide since Wednesday, June 25.
