Jennifer Lopez reveals surprising fact about upcoming rom-com 'raunchy'

Jennifer Lopez, who previously broke the internet with her back-to-back amazing performances for her Las Vegas residency, has revealed how she was cast for upcoming series, raunchy.

The singer was present on the episode of Sirius XM's BPM on April 18, where she talked about her upcoming and exciting new project for fans.

The Anaconda star revealed that she was surprised when she learned that the character was especially made for her as she loved the story.

She stated, “They sent me the script and they were like, 'We wrote this for you. If you don't do it, we're not even making the movie,”

The 56-year-old added, “But it was really funny and me and my partner — Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, my producing partner — really loved it,”

Jennifer also admitted that she was “glad” she went for the role as she loved every bit of shooting.

Notably, the story follows as the On The Floor hit maker’s character, Jackie Cruz, falls in love with her colleague, and they have to keep their relationship discreet due to circumstances.

It is to be noted that the anticipated series is set to premiere on Netflix on June 5.
