Demi Moore is in the cast of an upcoming culinary thriller Tyrant, which is being produced by Amazon MGM.
According to Variety, the 63-year-old American actress will come alongside Charlize Theron and Julia Garner.
The movie is staged in the high end fine dining scene of New York City where ambition, power and danger intersect behind the scenes of fine restaurants.
It will start production in Los Angeles in the next few weeks. This casting contributes to the career revival of Moore.
The star earlier critically acclaimed appearance in The Substance as she got a Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award.
In a statement, which does not cite any direct quote, Moore said, "I'm thrilled to be part of this project."
Tyrant is a film directed by David Weil, the author of Hunters and Invasion. The movie has just been awarded a California Film Tax Credit.
Moore will also star in I Love Boosters by Boots Riley and will also be part of the work of Taylor Sheridan in Landman.
Amazon MGM is still continuing with its A-list of high-profile projects, with Tyrant being one of the expected projects along with Verity, The Thomas Crown Affair and Spaceballs 2.
Additionally, the release date of Tyrant has not yet disclosed.
