Meghan Markle, Harry's kids will be annoyed with them when they grow up: expert

Meghan Markle is facing backlash from royal commentators after featuring Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet in recent Instagram posts. 

Despite their faces remaining largely unseen, critics argue the children’s presence in curated content, like birthday tributes and Father's Day posts, could spark resentment down the line.

Royal author Hugo Vickers issued a stark warning, claiming Archie and Lilibet may feel “annoyed” at being used in “strange” social media posts without consent. 

“There’s going to be a terrible revenge when those children grow up,” he told The Sun, adding they’ll likely regret not knowing their royal cousins or experiencing royal life in the UK.

Journalist Samara Gill also questioned Meghan’s evolving PR tactics, noting a shift toward more personal content. 

“The kids’ faces are now front and centre,” she said. “It’s a complete 180 from Meghan’s previous strategy.”

The criticisms come amid growing concern about the children’s isolation from their extended family, namely King Charles and Thomas Markle. 

Experts have called the estrangement “tragic,” especially as the Sussexes’ rebranding efforts ramp up online.
