Princess Beatrice has been getting into the festive spirit with a glamorous solo night out as she was spotted partying with a host of celebrity faces while her husband was thousands of miles away.
The royal, 36, was seen enjoying an evening at a stylish west London restaurant as she gears up for Christmas, attending the bash without husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who is currently away on a work trip in Los Angeles.
For the evening, Beatrice opted for a chic and understated outfit, wearing a black belted coat layered over a red pleated dress.
She completed the look with black knee-high suede boots and a Gucci chain bag, striking a balance between festive glamour and classic royal elegance.
Among the guests at the gathering was Piers Morgan, alongside several other high-profile figures from the media and celebrity world.
While Beatrice mingled in London, property developer Edoardo, 42, continued his work commitments overseas. He shared glimpses of his Californian surroundings on Instagram, posting stories of sun-soaked beaches and palm trees following a busy day of site visits.
Earlier this week, Beatrice also attended King Charles’s annual pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace, a long-standing royal tradition established by the late Queen Elizabeth II before the family decamps to Sandringham.
The outing comes shortly after Beatrice and Edoardo celebrated the christening of their daughter, Athena, at the Chapel Royal in St James’s Palace.
The intimate event was attended by close friends and family, including singer James Blunt.
A source previously told Hello! magazine: “It’s a really lovely pub with a very chilled atmosphere, and everyone was very discreet, you would never have known there was royalty in the building.”
