Jameson Stocks, a celebrity chef, has gone on a tear about Meghan Markle after the Duchess of Sussex made guest appearance on MasterChef Australia.
In an interview with The News International, Stocks wondered why Markle was invited to the show and called her cooking credentials a "complete joke".
Stocks said that she has been invited by MasterChef solely on PR, he explained, "MasterChef means master, a person with high skill, an expert — and she is neither of those."
Moreover, he went on to mark her presence, "I think it's embarrassing for MasterChef Australia to be honest."
The expert cook said the role of Markle would only involve tasting food and giving pleasantries.
"If I was a contestant being judged by her, I would walk out," he added.
Markle and her career were also dubbed a faux show by Stock.
"If she wasn't a royal, she would be on some third-rate cable channel acting or on OnlyFans to make a living," he noted.
The Duchess landed in Melbourne earlier this week and the episode itself is yet to be broadcast, but already this controversy has brought the show a lot of publicity.
The royal already has a lifestyle brand, As Ever.
It is worth noting that Stocks has never been a guest or competitor in MasterChef Australia.
