Meghan Markle's Netflix show snags Chrissy Teigen for second season spotlight

Meghan Markle is cooking up more content and this time she’s doing it without Prince Harry by her side.

Season two of With Love, Meghan is on its way to Netflix this fall, and the Duchess of Sussex has lined up Chrissy Teigen as her headline guest, according to The Daily Mail.

“Chrissy is the big name in series two, and they have been friends for a long time,” a source revealed.

While Meghan hosted pals like Mindy Kaling and Daniel Martin in the first season of her lifestyle series, the upcoming season will not include Prince Harry or their kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

“There is no sign of Harry at all in this one, and nothing of the children either,” the insider confirmed.

Meghan and Chrissy have reportedly been close for years. 

Teigen has previously spoken fondly of Meghan, whom she met on Deal or No Deal, and the two bonded even more deeply after both women experienced miscarriages in 2020.

Chrissy praised the duchess at the time: “She’s been so kind to me ever since we connected… she had written to me about baby Jack, and loss.”

What is Meghan Markle's Netflix show about?

The eight-part Netflix series features Meghan sharing hosting tips, making brunches with celebrity pals like Mindy Kaling, and prepping ultra-curated meals with pastel flower petals and flawless smiles.

Prince Harry makes a single, brief appearance in the season finale for an outdoor brunch. Despite charting on Netflix, With Love, Meghan was slammed by critics.

The Guardian branded it a "gormless lifestyle filler" and suggested it might be the Sussexes’ "last TV show." The Telegraph didn’t mince words either, calling it "insane" and "an exercise in narcissism."

Season two of With Love, Meghan has already wrapped filming and is set to return this fall.
