Meghan Markle is giving fans a rare glimpse into her day-to-day life with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet in a candid new podcast appearance.
Speaking on the latest episode of Confessions of a Female Founder, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, opened up about juggling parenting with her growing business, As Ever.
Meghan sat down with Heather Hasson, founder of billion-dollar medical apparel brand FIGS, for a discussion about the highs and lows of building a company.
During the conversation, Meghan made a relatable parenting confession, admitting that she doesn’t always have the time to cook fresh meals every day for her family.
"It's very easy," Meghan said, offering to "whip something up" for Heather. "When you see something that's an easy solve in the everyday, that's not complicated, not fussy, how do you get your hands involved and change the way of thinking surrounding it so it doesn't feel daunting?"
The Duchess also reflected on her background as a theater major, explaining that it gave her valuable lessons in teamwork and hands-on work. "You couldn't just do acting," she explained. "I'm very comfortable with a sewing machine because of that."
Meghan emphasized her passion for detail when it comes to her new brand, saying: "I don't know how to not have love in the details."
The Sussexes have shared rare, controlled glimpses of their children, but they generally keep them away from the spotlight.
Meghan has been offering rare peeks into her private life in Montecito, California, sharing sweet moments of her two children baking and playing outdoors in the California sunshine.
Importantly, the children’s faces remain hidden in photos and videos, a move clearly aimed at preserving their privacy.
