A crew member shared insights into Meghan Markle’s work ethic, her family’s presence, and Prince Harry’s role
Meghan Markle’s Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, has been at the centre of intense online scrutiny, but now, an insider who worked behind the scenes is shedding light on what it was really like to work with the Duchess of Sussex.
Speaking to People, a crew member from the set shared insights into Meghan’s work ethic, her family’s presence, and Prince Harry’s role behind the scenes.
"Whenever Harry visited the set, he was always super polite and friendly, but it was clear he wanted this to be Meghan's moment to shine," the insider revealed.
They also described Meghan as a devoted mother, saying, "She was super attentive and doting on them [Archie and Lilibet]. We would give them headphones so they could listen to audio."
Earlier, Meghan had shared that her children, Archie, five, and Lilibet, three, visited her on set frequently, and even had special moments during filming.
"Archie did the filming clapboard! Sweet moments," she told People, referring to the clapperboard used to mark the start of each take.
She also emphasized how much it meant to her that her kids could witness her at work.
"They would also come with my husband and visit me on set, and I loved that my children were able to watch me working and see the balance of that and understand what Mama does and is working to create and share," she said.
"It was really special because up until then, they hadn’t seen me at work."

According to Netflix, Meghan’s new series will "reimagine the genre of lifestyle programming" by bringing viewers into the kitchen, garden, and beyond with her and her celebrity friends.
The show is part of the multi-year deal Meghan and Prince Harry signed with Netflix in 2020. This eight-part series marks Meghan’s return to her entertainment roots, where she shares hosting and entertaining tips while welcoming famous guests.
