Meghan Markle is offering a rare glimpse into her life with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet at their Montecito home in California.

In her upcoming eight-part Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, shares personal details about her children while hosting actress and friend Mindy Kaling. During the episode, Meghan teaches Kaling how to prepare for a children’s party and reveals one of her kids' favourite pastimes—gardening.

"Our kids have real sets, they take their gardening very seriously," Meghan shared, highlighting Archie, 5, and Lilibet’s love for spending time outdoors. Their passion for plants and nature is something they seem to have in common with their grandfather, King Charles III, who is known for tending to the grounds of his private estates, including High Grove in Gloucestershire and Birkhall in Scotland.

Beyond their love for gardening, Meghan also revealed that her children have a strong preference for vegetables.

“We have them every day because I think that's how our kids love eating vegetables—you make it present beautifully with your eyes first,” she explained.

King Charles III’s dedication to gardening has been well-documented over the years. Horticulturist and broadcaster Monty Don previously praised the monarch’s enthusiasm for nature, sharing in an interview with Radio Times:

"The King is a genuinely serious, keen, and good gardener. I also know the Queen loves gardening. She’s been to my garden. Both of them have a real personal interest. I know the King enjoys working in the arboretum on the Birkhall estate and prunes the trees himself."

As With Love, Meghan gears up for its premiere, fans are eager to see more insights into Meghan’s life as a mother and the values she’s instilling in Archie and Lilibet.
