Taylor Swift's Short Movie Qualifies For Oscars 2023

According to a source on Taylor Swift's latest news, her short film All Too Well is vying for an Oscar nomination in the area of Best Live Action Short.

The 32-year-old singer-songwriter is reportedly already working with a "top consulting firm to guide [the project's] awards campaign," the outlet adds.

The extended version of the singer's 2012 breakup song with the same name served as the inspiration for her directorial debut.

The heartbreaking short film, starring Sadie Sink and Dylan O'Brien, reportedly satisfied the requirements for the best live-action short film award.

"The romantic drama, which runs for 15 minutes, is about an effervescent, curious young woman who ends up completely out of her depth," as per the overview via outlet.

The Grammy winner clearly announced that she would like to collaborate with someone who she "admired" on the Late Night With Seth Meyers show.

"I like working with friends or people who I think would be excited about working with me," she revealed.

The Blank Space singer resumed, "I've never made a short film before. I needed to reach out to people who would maybe believe that I was capable with it. I'm just blown away by what they did, they went out and left it all on the field."

For the unversed, the crooner's three-month relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal appeared to be the inspiration for the song All Too Well.
