'Ticket to Paradise': Julia Roberts, George Clooney starrer film production paused

Star Julia Roberts and George Clooney’s production of forthcoming romantic comedy thriller titled Ticket to Paradise has been postponed for a later date due to a spike in COVID-19 cases.

The movie which has been in a constant stage of production in Australia has been halted due to an intense amount of cases in Queensland.

As per sources via ET Canada, it was claimed, ”There were only two weeks left to complete shooting on the movie, however, given the recent events, the production might go on hiatus for at least three months.”

"The lead actors have flown away to their homes in the USA while waiting for the surge to subside in Australia.”

As of Monday, Queensland recorded nearly 16000 new cases along with the death rate moving to a double digit.

Monday was the single deadliest day in the life of their citizens since the pandemic hit the globe in 2020.

The film Ticket to Paradise is based around a divorced couple who have been working together to prevent their daughter from making the same blunders they had made in the past.

Ticket to Paradise is slated to release in October 2021 and the makers have not yet come forward with a statement regarding the release delay,
