Jennifer Lawrence is set to return to the big screen in a brand-new romantic comedy, One Month Mark, and fans are already buzzing about it.
The 35-year-old Oscar winner will not only star in the film but also produce it through her company Excellent Cadaver.
She teamed up with Apple Original Films once again for the upcoming project based on a spec script by Sophie Fleur de Bruijn.
The quirky logline has already caught attention, teasing a love story with a twist that she has never managed to make a relationship last longer than a month, while he has never gone a month without being in one.
It marks another collaboration with Apple for Lawrence, following Causeway and Bread and Roses.
Meanwhile, the star’s packed schedule shows no sign of slowing down.
She also has the upcoming film What Happens At Night in the pipeline, a Gothic psychological horror directed by Martin Scorsese and co-starring Leonardo DiCaprio, which has recently wrapped filming.
The star-studded cast also includes Mads Mikkelsen, Patricia Clarkson and Jared Harris, making it one of the most talked-about projects in Hollywood right now.
Speaking about working with Scorsese, Mikkelsen recently said he had to ditch his “fanboy hat” and simply focus on the job, praising the legendary director for being down-to-earth, funny and incredibly welcoming on set.
