Hilary Duff makes bold move fans never saw coming

Hilary Duff is proudly stepping into a new chapter of her life, and she’s never felt more confident.

The 38-year-old former Disney star has stunned fans after landing the cover of the latest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

The Lizzie McGuire actress admitted that the glamorous beach shoot made her realise just how far she’s come. 

Hilary said the experience felt like the perfect snapshot of where she is in life right now as she posed on the shores of South Caicos.

Speaking about the sizzling photoshoot, the songstress revealed she’s finally learned to stop being so hard on herself. 

“Everything people say about ageing is true,” she shared. 

“You actually start feeling better and better as you go.”

The Younger star also explained that instead of picking apart her appearance, she’s trying to celebrate herself more.

This is something she wishes she had done years ago during the height of her early 2000s fame.

The mum-of-four admitted she would tell her younger self to stop worrying about what everybody else thinks. 

Looking back, she now realises the pressure of growing up in the spotlight made her overly critical of herself.

And while today’s chart star is embracing confidence and body positivity, she joked that her younger self would probably be shocked by the daring swimsuit snaps,

She also opened up about her long-awaited return to music after an 11-year break.
