Gordon Ramsay faced backlash after a man slammed his restaurant for letting a dog in with a pad, calling others to stop visiting there.
The 59-year-old was given an opportunity to clear the air; however, he did not hold back his response.
Gordon was of the opinion that he has watched a CCTV footage and “under no circumstances that dog peed or pooped.”
According to him, the video is an “over-exaggerated… clickbaits,” expressing gratitude towards the interviewer of TMZ for the question.
The reporter continued with another question about allowing dogs in the eating place to which the chef responded with: “Dogs are welcome outside, the terrace and the restaurant.”
He denied the viral claims in the video posted on TikTok which called people to avoid going their to eat as “dog is allowed to pee & [emoji]…INSIDE.”
The netizen alleged that the “manager said it’s fine (we left).”
The star is now being called out for giving this permission, labelling it a “health risk” as it can result in zoonotic disease.
This came after Gordon sparked a backlash for his wedding speech at daughter Holly Ramsay’s nuptials when he pointed out how she has parents: “Shame you don’t have the same.”
The statement was seen as a reference to her husband’s “missing parents.”
