Benedict Cumberbatch recently left his fans shocked after he was seen in a heated argument with another cyclist on a central London street.

The Sherlock star was called “deluded” during his confrontation by another rider near King’s Cross Station last week in a video footage by The Sun.

Benedict responded to the masked fellow biker, accusing him of “verbally abusing” the actor during the argument.

It is pertinent to mention that the altercation reportedly lasted ten minutes before the masked man left the scene.

An onlooker told the Sun, “It was crazy. It was such a pompous road rage it almost felt like it had been staged.”

“Benedict still managed to charm everyone watching even though he was having a meltdown,” they said.

The bystander went on saying that the “masked guy was obviously some kind of vigilante,” and he was quite surprised when he saw it was Benedict, but he doubled down on his rage.

At the time, there were some school kids who recognised the actor and asked for a picture with him.

However, Benedict refused it saying, “not at the moment, in a minute”.

“They were awe-struck,” by his aura, added an onlooker.

Some fans took to the social media and dropped their views in the comment section on a clip shared on X.

One wrote, “I am with Strange on this one at least he’s wearing a proper helmet and Gooners have to stick together.”

“Doctor Strange should just turn the other fella into a mug of beer for Thor,” exclaimed another user.

A third user added, “It turns out Benedict is just a normal human.”
