Sophie Turner has recently received some guidelines from Camilla Luddington after joining Tomb Raider franchise for the Prime Video’s upcoming TV series.
The English actress, who voices and performs gruelling motion-capture stunts for three Tomb Raider Survivor video games from 2013 to 2018, gives one valuable tip to Sophie, who begins filming the Tomb Raider show as Lara Croft this year.
While speaking to PEOPLE, Camilla notes that heating pads are really important to keep it with her.
She recalls doing “a lot of crazy stuff” when she was filming the video games.
The Grey’s Anatomy actress continues, “I just remember being so sore the next day.”
“I'm sure she has a lot of heating pads already all over her. That would be... Yes, yes. Hot baths and heating pads,” she tells the outlet.
It is pertinent to note that Sophie started filming the show earlier in January.
Reflecting on her experience, the Game of Thrones star shared that she “experienced a minor injury” in March.
“As a precaution, production has briefly paused to allow her time to recover,” said Amazon MGM Studios in a statement.
“We look forward to resuming production as soon as possible,” it added.
