Daniel Radcliffe opened up about which Harry Potter film he likes the most and which one is his least favourite.
Radcliffe, since his first appearance in 2001's Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, has captured the hearts of fans worldwide.
In his appearance on the Happy Sad Confused podcast with Josh Horowitz, he revealed that he hasn’t watched any of these movies in a long time.
“When I was 18, I would cringe watching the earlier films. Now, I think the early films are sweet and now I cringe watching myself when I was 18 or 19,” Radcliffe admitted.
He further said, “But I assume that those dates will just keep changing as to what I find palatable of my own work.”
The conversation then quickly turned into a fun challenge after the host asked Radcliffe to rank each film.
He admitted that between Soccer’s Stone and Chambers of Secret, he would pick the second one sine he “love the Basilisk,” massive snake-like creature hidden in walls of Hogwarts.
Radcliffe then revealed that he enjoyed working on Goblet of Fire because of the things he got to do and about Prisoner of Azkaban he said, “I know everyone wants me to say Azkaban. I know that’s how everyone else feels, but I love the stuff I got to do on the fourth movie; it was awesome.”
Sharing his top pick, without hesitation he added that it was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, given the emotional climax of the series.
Talking about his least favourite, Half-Blood Prince, Radcliffe continued, “Half-Blood Prince is probably the bottom of the bracket for me. And that’s my own stuff. That’s not the film.”
As of now, Harry Potter TV series starring Dominic McLaughlin as the titular hero is set to release its first season, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, on Christmas on HBO Max.
