Daniel Radcliffe reflects on filming thrilling ‘Harry Potter’ stunts
‘Harry Potter’ actor recalls his stunts at his latest show Broadway show premiere in NYC
Daniel Radcliffe has recently reflected on filming his mind-boggling stunt work in Harry Potter movies.
The Tony-award-winning actor reveals his magical memories while speaking at the premiere of Every Brilliant Thing in New York City on March 12.
When asked about his experience working on the Harry Potter movie, Daniel told PEOPLE that there’s “so much in those movies”.
“It was just crazy to get to do. Honestly, all of the stunt work that I got to do was like mind-blowing, and it's still,” explained the 36-year-old.
The English actor shared that there “was one shot where I had to start underwater, and then I was on a wire, and they would pull me out of the water, and there was a burning ring of fire around me that it goes to the top and then up”.
Interestingly, Daniel took place in the sixth movie, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
“It was in a part of the end of that sequence, and like bursting out of the water through a ring of fire is something that I have not forgotten,” added the actor.
Meanwhile, Daniel will next be seen in Every Brilliant Thing, which will run on Broadway at the Hudson Theatre for 13 weeks.
