Dwayne Johnson jabs at Kevin Hart during ‘Jumanji: Open World’ promotions

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson shares rare insight into his friendship with Kevin Hart while promoting his highly-anticipated movie, Jumanji: Open World at CinemaCon.

The wrestler-turned-actor recently made an appearance at CinemaCon last week with co-stars Kevin and Jack Black, revealing the movie title on April 16 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

After wrapping up the event, Dwayne gives a peek into some light-hearted moments with Kevin, who only loves to speak nonstop.

Red Notice actor also calls himself “a good friend” because he can patiently hear to Kevin’s uninterrupted conversation.

Taking to Instagram on April 19, Dwayne posts a clip of himself along with Kevin and Jack, where only the comedian can be seen talking and The Rock smiling through the way.

“You have no idea how hard it is for me to listen to @kevinhart4real tell a story, when every cell in my body is screaming, ‘will you shut up, who gives a shit,’” writes The Smashing Machine actor in the caption.

Dwayne says, “So, I smile the whole time and even say a few words of encouragement back to him to make him feel seen — I’m a good friend.”

As a side note, the Zootopia 2 actor praises Jack, stating, he can “listen to @jackblack tell me stories all day”.

“Thanks, Vegas, for the love,” concludes the 53-year-old.

Meanwhile, Dwayne also paid tribute to late actor Robin Williams through his character in the upcoming Jumanji movie.

Besides The Rock, Kevin and Jack, the movie also features Nick Jonas, Karen Gillan, Madison Iseman and Danny DeVito.

The movie is slated to release in theatres on December 25.
