Lil Nas X, who was recently charged with battery on three police officers, got dismissed and will be taken to a mental health diversion program.
The American rapper was recently granted entry into a mental facility by the judge of California after he was arrested for attacking police officers.
Soon after the hearing, the songwriter gushed to Rolling Stone Magazine that he was “thankful”, “Just very thankful, It could have been much worse.”
Notably, the Old Town Road hit maker dodged a bullet as he could have been sentenced to prison for up to five years for assaulting an executive policeman.
This comes after the crooner walked around in Studio City wearing only underwear and cowboy boots and when he was under arrest, he resisted it, injuring three police officers.
The 26-year-old was also taken to the hospital as he seemed like he might be under the influence of the drugs or overdose, but that was not the case.
Lil Nas, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, was then diagnosed with Bipolar disease following the trial.
The father of the singer also came forward as he revealed his son has endured a lot of hardship, which might be the reason for all of it.
