Cardi B’s ex, Offset made the headlines as he was rushed to hospital after being shot on Monday allegedly by Lil Tjay.
Previous reports of a fallout over ten grand resurfaced and it was being speculated that the Tjay opened fire at the Annihilate crooner.
The 24-year-old singer’s lawyer has finally addressed the buzz, debunking the rumours of the two opening fire at each other in a statement.
Dawn M. Florio insisted that the buzz is entirely “false” after the incident “occurred at the Valet Area od the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood.”
The Calling My Phone crooner’s attorney confirmed he has “not been shot, not has Lil Tjay been charged with any shooting.”
According to the statement, “any reporting to the contrary is false.” The lawyer insisted the online community to “consult trusted news sources, and to verify the accuracy of any reporting.”
The speculations sparked were reportedly suggested by “Akademiks,” who seemingly shared a video of an incident with police cars parked.
Many connected the dots with a previous report about the Run It Up singer calling out Offset for taking a loan of nearly $10k and accusing him of having a gambling addiction.
According to recent updates, the rapper is now stable after getting “non-life-threatening wounds of gunshot.”
