Zayn Malik admits being a Bollywood fan as he kicks off The KONNAKOL Tour
Former One Direction star explains how Bollywood movies has affected his childhood
Zayn Malik recently shared his love for Bollywood movies in his latest interaction with ardent fans.
The former One Direction star, who just kicked off The KONNAKOL Tour from London, had an interesting Q&A session in Kingston before the concert where fans came in to see him and asked him questions.
During the event, Zayn responded to a query if he’d ever watched Bollywood movies and his all-time favourites.
To this, the Die for Me hitmaker replied that favourite Bollywood movie of all time would have to be Sholay.
“Then there is another movie that is Agneepath, I feel that’s a great movie,” remarked the 33-year-old.
Zayn further said that from this generation, it has to be Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum.
When asked further, the Magic singer opened up that he was raised while watching Bollywood movies.
“I grew up watching these films as a kid. I feel like it’s nostalgic. Plus, the songs are also great. They are played at every wedding and every party too,” added Zayn.
Meanwhile, the musician, who finally recovered from an undisclosed illness, is enthusiastic to continue with his shows across the globe.
