Jacob Elordi reacts on Nate Jacobs’ shocking death in ‘Euphoria’ Season 3

Jacob Elordi has spoken out following the shocking death of his character Nate Jacobs in Euphoria Season 3, which saw the controversial figure meet a violent and symbolic end in the penultimate episode.

In the latest installment of the HBO drama, Nate is buried alive inside a coffin after falling into debt with a dangerous gangster. 

Trapped with only a breathing pipe, he is ultimately killed when a snake enters the confined space and fatally strikes him, bringing a brutal conclusion to his storyline.

Reflecting on the scene in a behind-the-scenes feature, Elordi described the experience of filming inside the tight, dark coffin as physically intense but unexpectedly calm. 

According to People, he revealed that although the setup was claustrophobic, the process felt “peaceful” at times, despite the presence of a real snake used on set for authenticity.

The actor also admitted mixed emotions about saying goodbye to Nate Jacobs, a character he has portrayed since the series debuted in 2019. 

Moreover, he called the exit “bittersweet,” noting that the role had been a major part of his career and personal growth over the years.

Elordi’s comments have sparked strong reactions online, with fans debating the dark turn in Nate’s storyline and the shocking nature of his demise. 

As per the outlet, creator Sam Levinson has defended the decision, framing it as a form of karmic justice for the character’s long history of violence and manipulation.

With the season finale still to air, the death marks one of the most dramatic twists yet in Euphoria’s ongoing third season.
