Lil Nas X, who was recently granted permission to enter a medical facility, has his father, Robert Stafford, concerned as he released a heartbreaking statement.
The crooner was diagnosed with bipolar disease following the trial, as the judge in California stated that the 26-year-old needs treatment for his mental well-being and “when treated, he is much better off and society is much better off.”
Soon after the diagnosis, the inspirational music singer came forward and talked about the pressure his son was under to The Times.
He said, “For a 26-year-old to have to deal with what he's dealing with to be a breadwinner for a lot of people,”
Robert added, “The inability to change his mother's situation and the pressure he puts on himself, That can weigh heavily on your heart.”
The supporting figure of the alleged assaulter used to visit his son quite often when he was in jail and the two also “shed tears” frequently upon seeing each other behind the glass.
It is to be noted, the Rodeo hit maker was charged with felony assault after he was sighted roaming the street, wearing only underwear and boots, and tried to resist and injured the police officers upon arrest.
For the unversed, Lil Nas X’s mother suffers from addiction, and he is responsible for keeping his family’s plates full.
