Saturday Night Live’s Colin Jost and Michael Che have poked fun at the current chaos unfolding over the world, targeting former Prince Andrew and Donald Trump.

The President of the United States had announced that the country along with Israel was at war with Iran, after which strikes were launched on the West Asian country.

However, the sketch comedy show has dug up an old clip of him advocating for the complete opposite.

In the 2011 clip Jost played of the businessman, he could be seen denouncing the President at the time Barack Obama by saying “Our president will start a war with Iran because he has absolutely no ability to negotiate. He’s weak and he’s ineffective.”

The 43-year-old then joked that that was the Trump he voted for, noting sarcastically beforehand that he was worried that the 79-year-old might not get the Peace Prize now.

Later on in the episode, the comedian dishes that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been arrested and now may be banned from ever taking the throne.

Jost added, “In fact the Royal family say the only way he can become King is if it comes down to either him or Meghan,” alongside an image of Meghan Markle.

Notably, the Duchess of Sussex has stepped down as a senior working royal along with her husband Prince Harry, meanwhile Andrew’s arrest occurred due to his connections with the now-deceased child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
