Blake Lively’s lawyers allege Justin Baldoni’s team had ‘lack of basic decorum’

Blake Lively’s legal team is now looking to sanction Justin Baldoni’s side for “deposition misconduct”.

The two co-stars of It Ends With Us have been embroiled in a legal battle in which Blake claimed Justin harassed her meanwhile, Justin countersued her for defamation.

Now, the actress’s team have made a request to U.S. District Court Judge Lewis J. Liman in a letter on December 19 as per People.

Blake’s lawyer complained in a supporting exhibit that Justin’s team asked questions about her sexual history during deposition and showed “basic lack of decorum”.

“Throughout discovery, multiple defense counsel insisted on making speaking objections, often in depositions they were not defending, and consuming time on the record to demean and orate”, Blake’s lawyer Michael J. Gottlieb wrote.

Previously, the actress’ team asked in September to stop “inappropriate and unprofessional behavior.”

The trial is scheduled to begin on May 18, 2026. Before that, the two parties have a scheduled court-mandated settlement conference on February 11.
