ASAP Rocky, who shares three children with Rihanna, made the headlines as he shared a new release with disappointed fans.
Although the 37-year-old is gearing up for the studio album, his fans are still speculating a delay in the release.
However, the Sundress hitmaker paired up with Tyla to make a steamy video clip for the song PBT from his album Jackboys 2.
The Grammy nominee could be seen dancing and singing with the 23-year-old which delighted fans.
One of the X user gushed about the visuals: “THE PRODUCTION?!??!? I’M GAGGED,” noting that the two singers “did their big one here.”
A netizen was confused by the sudden drop: “The MV is out? I’m a slow tiger,” to which another fan confirmed that they “had no announcement or anything so you’re ok.”
This came after the rapper debuted the cover of his upcoming album designed in collaboration with famous director Tim Burton.
Despite revealing the spooky cover, ASAP’s fans are still questioning the release date which is expected to be January 16, 2026.
Why did ASAP Rocky delay album?
While the initial date was set for August 2024, the new project has been postponed for long due to leaks, ensuring perfection and other label problems.
However, it appears that the singer will avoid disappointing his fans just as his flame Rihanna continues to do with R9.
Her studio record has been under works for nearly a decade.
