Alexandra Daddario, who famously played Rachel in The White Lotus, has spilled on what might have happened to her character four years later.
The 39-year-old actress, currently starring in her new film I Wish You All the Best, made a major revelation in a recent interview with PEOPLE.
Speaking to the outlet, Daddario reveals, “In my mind she stayed with him [Shane]. And what does that look like four years down the road? Did they have kids? There’s a lot of directions that could go in.”
The Baywatch actress admits it makes her a little sad to picture Rachel still entangled with her entitled husband, played by Jake Lacy.
But ultimately defers to creator Mike White: “I would be very curious to see what he thinks she’s up to.”
While season 1’s Maui-set drama ended with Rachel staying with Shane after a shocking hotel murder, she is more intrigued by the story’s potential than the setting.
Despite her Emmy-nominated turn on the HBO hit, Andrew Form's wife hasn’t caught up with the latest Thailand-set season.
“I have not turned the television on since the birth of my child,” she laughs, revealing she welcomed a baby with husband Andrew Form in 2024.
On the big screen, Daddario stars in I Wish You All the Best as a North Carolina woman caring for her nonbinary sibling after they’re kicked out by unaccepting parents.
“It’s an important story,” she says.
Alexandra Daddario married film producer Andrew Form in June 2022.
Form is well known in Hollywood for producing films such as The Purge series, A Quiet Place, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The couple had been dating for some time before tying the knot, keeping their relationship relatively private.
In 2024, they welcomed their first child together, marking a new chapter in their family life.
