Andrew will not be leaving the Royal Lodge until his demands are met.
The former Duke and Duchess of York are due to vacate their residence of two decades after losing their royal titles.
The former couple had been residing at the residence as they had lease over it till 2078.
On October 30, it was announced that they have been notified to leave it as they have lost their royal titles following their scandals.
As the two are packing up to leave, it has been revealed that Andrew has a list of demands he wants before leaving the lodge.
According to the Daily Mail, the former prince wants “appropriate home and a rota of staff” at the new property.
The disgraced son of Queen Elizabeth wants a cook, housekeeper, gardener, and even a butler.
He will move into a property on Sandringham estate that will be privately funded by King Charles.
While Andrew is ready to leave, he “has conditions and he isn’t prepared to give much ground on them”.
Andrew, who is now called Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, has been living at the lodge with former wide Sarah despite being divorced since 1996.
