Are Harry, Meghan next to lose titles after Andrew?

After Andrew lost his titles, there is a burning question regarding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s future in the royal family.

On Thursday, the Palace released an official statementannouncing that the former prince will be stripped of all his titles and styles and will now be called “Andrew Mountbatten Windsor”.

The decision was made after Andrew had renounced his royal titles on October 17.

Now, Harry and Meghan face an uncertain future after they stepped down as working royals and moved to US in 2020.

A royal commentator has expressed his views saying the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should stay warned.

Daily Mail's Maureen Callahan penned in her column claiming that the royal couple’s days are numbered.

“The sun begins to set over Montecito — permanently. Harry and Meghan are next.”, Maureen wrote.

Maureen went as far as to claim that Andrew was just a “pawn” and Prince William’s real goal is to remove Harry.

“If William can have convinced the infamously conflict-averse Charles to renounce his own brother — well, Harry's days as prince and Duke of Sussex are surely numbered.”, she further wrote.

However, it is pertinent to note that there is a stark difference between Harry and his uncle Andrew’s situation.

While Harry moved to live a life away in US for financial stability, Andrew lost his titles because of the grave accusations of sexual offences he is facing.
