Prince William is reportedly planning to permanently ban Prince Andrew from all royal events, including his future coronation, when he becomes king.
According to The Times, the 43-year-old Prince of Wales has grown increasingly frustrated with his uncle’s scandals and is expected to take a tougher stance than King Charles.
The report claims William was “highly involved” in discussions leading to Andrew’s recent decision to relinquish his remaining royal titles and honours amid ongoing fallout from his links to Jeffrey Epstein.
An insider told the outlet that William “will be more ruthless” than his father, adding: “He was not satisfied with the outcome and knows the ‘Andrew problem’ will be waiting for him when he’s king.”
Sources claim the future monarch intends to exclude Andrew from all public and private royal events, including state occasions, family celebrations, and his own coronation.
