According to royal biographer Sean Smith, the turning point came when Sophie was photographed alongside Angelina Jolie at the Fighting Stigma Through Film festival in London.
Smith told GB News: “This was not the usual red carpet fluff but a serious event. Angelina is proof you can look a million dollars and still make a difference.”
“Since that day, Sophie too has become a powerful voice, joining the fight to end the silence around women in conflict.”
