Buckingham Palace issued a delighted update about the royal family amid growing backlash on Prince Andrew due to his controversial email to Jeffrey Epstein.
On October 13, the royal family shared that King Charles is set to host the President of Germany in early December.
The statement reads, "The President of Germany, accompanied by Frau Büdenbender, will pay a State Visit to the United Kingdom, hosted by His Majesty The King, from Wednesday 3rd December to Friday 5th December."
It is pertinent to note that King Charles announced a state visit after the Duke of York brought negative light on the royals with yet another shocking scandal.
The Mail reported that the Duke of York sent a message to the paedophile after an infamous photo of him with Virginia Giuffre emerged in the media.
In his email, Prince Andrew said to Epstein, "I’m just as concerned for you! Don’t worry about me! It would seem we are in this together and will have to rise above it."
The Duke of York added, "Otherwise keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon!!!!"
He concluded his message while using his royal titles, "A, HRH The Duke of York, KG."
