'KPop Demon Hunters' singer EJAE gears up for new release

KPop Demon Hunters, the animated movie that topped charts on Netflix, was widely praised for its soundtrack Golden that recently went platinum.

After the project became a global phenomenon, EJAE surprised fans with an announcement to reveal her future plans.

The 33-year-old singer took to her Instagram to share the news in form of a letter, expressing her gratitude towards everyone for the love and support.

EJAE admitted she got comfortable “behind the scenes and I didn’t think I was meant to be an artist.”

The songstress is looking forward to release “In Another World” on October 24, which helped her “through a hard time” in her life.

This came after K-pop girl group HUNTR/X topped charts with their sound track Golden from the Netflix original, which spent three months on No#1 on Billboard.

The group gave first live performance on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, where they got to know that the song went platinum.

It was recently revealed that the song in back on Spotify’s Top 50 Global as it competes with Taylor Swift’s The Life Of A Showgirl tracks that were released on October 3.

How many streams did Golden get on Spotify?

The most-streamed song by animated group Golden has garnered nearly 8 million streams on the platform and is now on No#3.
