Olivia Rodrigo fuels speculations about ‘YSPSFAGSIL’ lead single release

Olivia Rodrigo, following the announcement of her third studio album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, has seemingly teased the release date of her new single.

The Driver’s Licence singer has been placing pink locks in random public spots around cities like, New York, New Jersey, London etc., with each lock engraved with one word, "April", "drop", "17th" and "rainbow."

Fans are interpretation the combination as a cryptic messege, likely to be her lead single which will drop on April 17. With "rainbow" seemingly hinting at the song title, theme or just part of the aesthetics.

The Déjà vu singer has also showed a mark on April 7 in the calendar featured on her website which further led fans to theorise that she will be announcing her lead single on the 7th and will release it on 17th.

Fans on twitter shared their excitement on the theory, with one saying, "the world isn't ready. the livquake will be deadly."

Another exclaimed, "IM READY MOM."

One more echoed the sentiment, adding, "SEATED."

Rodrigo’s third studio album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, is set to release June 12, almost two years after her sophomore album, GUTS.
