Rami Malek shares funny story of 'impersonating' Bruno Mars

Rami Malek has revealed the interesting list of fellow stars people have mistaken him for, with a hilarious story of a little girl who thought he was Bruno Mars.

The Bohemian Rhapsody star was celebrating the 10th anniversary of the 2015 thriller series Mr. Robot when he recalled the incident.

In the latest episode of the Happy, Sad Confused podcast the 44-year-old was asked by host Josh Horowitz if he had ever made people think he was someone else, when he said Oscar Isaac and the Uptown Funk singer.

After the host, and co-host and fellow actor on the series, Christian Slater, expressed their disbelief Rami said that Bruno himself called him his doppelgänger before breaking into a story with a young fan.

"I was at a Dodgers baseball game, and this sweet little girl came up to me and said, ‘Can I have your autograph?' And I said, ‘Sure,’ " the No Time to Die actor recalled.

"And she showed me a picture of Bruno Mars, and I said, ‘Oh, I'm sorry, I’m not him,’ " Rami added, continuing, "She took a beat and then she wept. I took her picture and I signed it Bruno."

Meanwhile Christian chimed in with his mistaken celebrity identity being the Footloose actor, Kevin Bacon.

Is Rami Malek full Egyptian?

Rami is Egyptian- American, and both of his parens were Egyptian immigrants.
