Taylor Swift, who recently got engaged with NFL star Travis Kelce, is gearing up to release her new album The Life Of A Showgirl on October 3.
Although the 35-year-old singer revealed the playlist on August 13, there is a detail that was recently reported by Billboard.
According to the source, Taylor will be paying tribute to the late Grammy winning songwriter George Michael in one of the songs of her upcoming project.
The 14-time Grammy winner announced the name of the songs, mentioning Father Figure along with others which is said to be inspired from 1987 classic.
Previously, George’s ex-wife admitted that the artist always looked forward to meeting Taylor, insisting he would have loved the interpolation.
While fans and reports continue to analyse her record, the Lover crooner has been busy this week with her close friend Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco wedding.
It was later confirmed that the pop icon also made it to her beau Travis’ game to cheer for him as Kansas City Chiefs crushed Baltimore Ravens on September 28.
Instead of stunning in front of the cameras, the singer is noticeably laying low as she avoids paparazzi and fans during public outings.
Taylor previously sparked pregnancy rumours by her low-profile appearances at MetLife Stadium and Selena’s nuptials in South California. However, she is yet to address the speculations.
