Adam Sandler, George Clooney share their thoughts on Taylor Swift’s upcoming album

Adam Sandler and George Clooney recently gave their thoughts on Taylor Swift’s upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl.

In conversation with Access Hollywood on the red carpet, the 64-year-old actor was asked if his kids brought up the topic of the pop queen’s new album.

George replied, “They brought it up, they said When are we getting the new album?” Upon being asked if the children had met Taylor yet, he chuckled, “No, we’ve been running around spending summers as a family.”

Later, Adam was asked the same question by the outlet mentioned above, and the actor replied, “I had a stand-up show the other night, and I saw Taylor’s dad; he was there.

The 59-year-old producer added, “He gave me some guitar picks to give my kids, and we discussed how excited we are for the new album.”

Netizens took to the comment section on X (formerly known as Twitter) to express their sentiments about the stars.

One fan wrote, “Papa Swift never goes anywhere without those guitar picks.” Another well-wisher penned, “I think Hollywood will stop on October 3 just to listen to her album.”

Notably, in a 2024 podcast interview with Conan O’ Brien, the Grown Ups lead confessed that the Grammy winner is the only artist who makes him ‘jumpy’. Adam admitted that she makes him nervous.

As of now, the Happy Gilmore star is preparing for the release of his upcoming film, Jay Kelly, in which he co-stars alongside George. It is scheduled for release in December 2025.
