The verbal spat between American talk show hosts and President Donald Trump continues.
Jimmy Kimmel has called out the US President and condemned his way of grieving for the late activist Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk, who was shot during an event taking place in Utah Valley University on September 10, was criticised for his conservative beliefs.
The show host played a clip of Trump being asked how he is “holding up” by a reporter to which he replied “I think very good” and immediately changing the topic to the construction of the Ball room in the White House.
Joking about the response, Jimmy said, “He’s at the fourth stage of grief: construction.”
Jimmy added, “This is not how an adult grieves the murder of someone he called a friend.”
Questioning Trump’s thinking process, Jimmy said there is “something wrong with him.”
Previously, Jimmy had expressed his feelings on Charlie’s assassination saying how frightening and devastated the sudden death has left everyone.
The late activist was married to Erika and had two children together, a three-year old daughter and one-year-old son.
