Britney Spears reveals 'secret to survival' through traumatic years

Britney Spears, who is known to be one of the biggest popstars of early 2000s, shocked the world by stripping naked in he new social media post.

Although the Toxic hitmaker is notable for sharing bizarre pictures, Britney opened up her heart in a candid confession.

In the cryptic post, the Grammy winner recalled some of the “hardest years of my life” when she was separated from her sons for “three years.”

Britney acknowledged that she relied on “denial and a lot of tears” to survive through the pain and heartbreak.

However, the Baby One More Time singer feels she is finally “healing” as she is “hungry again like a child or baby” so much that it “hurts.”

The pop icon shared that every meal feels like “its my first time ever eating again in my life.”

Despite expressing her love for her “home,” the Gimme More singer gushed about the “abuse and trauma in there.”

The singer also mentioned her and Sam Asghari’s marriage, calling it a “fake distraction” for her to “help me deal” with her troubled phase in life.

Towards the end of the statement, Britney expressed her gratitude towards “Jesus for food” and being able to own her “body… letting them REALLY know where im from”

While the nude picture raised eyebrows, it seems the musician is finally feeling freedom as she expressed herself openly without any fear of judgement.
