Jennifer Lopez focuses on career, leaves Ben Affleck behind

Oscar-nominated actress Jennifer Lopez has already jumped into her latest project following the promotions of Kiss of the Spider Woman with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

After spending the week in Manhattan, Lopez was spotted all dolled up while filming The Last Mrs. Parrish in New York City on Friday, October 10.

She radiated power-fashion vibes, rocking a chic, tailored red suit with a cinched waist, giving off major structured-elegance energy as she walked down the sidewalk.

Her matching midi skirt kept the outfit sophisticated, balancing the boldness of the red blazer, which she accessorized with a black belt, black leather clutch, and black gloves.

She completed the look with statement heels, oversized black sunglasses, and a dramatic, wide-brimmed black hat, adding an old-Hollywood glam touch.

The Last Mrs. Parrish is a major project for Lopez, directed by Robert Zemeckis and adapted from a best-selling novel that earned a spot in Reese Witherspoon’s book club.

Lopez is producing alongside former Vegas actress Molly Sims, rather than her ex-husband Ben Affleck, with whom she previously collaborated on multiple films, including 2024’s Unstoppable.

The story follows a cunning con woman who infiltrates the life of a wealthy couple, befriending the wife and seducing the husband in hopes of stealing her glamorous life, but she soon discovers that the wife’s world is far darker than it appears.

The psychological thriller, which has sold over a million copies worldwide, is being adapted by Andrea Berloff and John Gatins.

With Zemeckis at the helm and a powerhouse cast, The Last Mrs. Parrish is shaping up to be Netflix’s next big obsession.
