BLACKPINK's Lisa delighted fans after releasing her debut short short film, Dream, alongside Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi.

On August 15, the 28-year-old Korean pop star shared dreamy photos on Instagram, showcasing behind-the-scenes from the shoot.

In the carousel, Lisa and Kentaro don white attire as they goof around in a hotel room, while other pictures depict the pair in different parts of the sets.

She captioned the post, “Still dreaming.”

Netizens rushed to the comment section to express their excitement about the duo’s project. One fan wrote, “Cute together.” Another well-wisher penned, “OMG I LOVE THAT.”

Notably, the BLACKPINK member's short film is based on Dream, which is a track from her solo debut album, Alter Ego.

It follows a love story that splinters into loss; the audience sees Lisa’s character drift between romance, heartache, grief, and joy as Kentaro plays her former lover.

The Rockstar singer has been teasing her project for the past few weeks, sharing video clips on social media.

Fans speculate the Rapunzel hitmaker is diving into storytelling alongside acting and singing, and it won’t be long till she starts directing her music videos.

For the unversed, Lisa Manoban is currently on the European leg of BLACKPINK’s Deadline world tour. The girls will take a two-month break after their London performance on August 16.
