Tributes started pouring in from music industry stars after Ozzy Osbourne's tragic passing at the age of 76.

As per the deceased’s family statement, the lead vocalist of Black Sabbath went to eternal rest on Tuesday morning, July 22, but the cause of death wasn’t mentioned.

In memory of his late friend, the iconic musician Rod Stewart penned an emotional note, which read, “Bye, bye Ozzy. Sleep well, my friend. I’ll see you up there – later rather than sooner. Ozzy Osbourne, the legendary rockstar, passed away on Tuesday morning."

In addition, Ronnie Wood, the lead guitarist of The Rolling Stones band wrote, “I am so very sad to hear of the death of Ozzy Osbourne (broken heart and folded hands emoji)What a lovely goodbye concert he had at Back To The Beginning in Birmingham (folded hands, sun, red heart and microphone emojis).”

Along with the heartfelt social media post Wood, 78, shared a throwback snapshot featuring himself,Osbourne, late Jeff Beck, and Tony Lommi (founder of Black Sabbath).

What was Ozzy Osbourne diagnosed with?

Ozzy is suffering from several health issues and he has undergone seven surgeries in the past five years. He has also been battling Parkinson’s disease since 2003.
