Prince Harry may have embraced a quieter life in California, but royal insiders claim he’s struggling to find his place in Meghan Markle’s Hollywood world.

After quitting royal duties in 2020, Harry, 39, settled in Montecito with Meghan and their two children, Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four.

While he’s praised his new life as one his late mother Princess Diana would have "wanted" for him, Harry’s transition hasn’t been seamless.

Though the Duke has appeared in various Netflix projects—including Harry & Meghan and Polo—he’s reportedly stepping back from media ventures after mixed results.

Royal expert Jennie Bond told The Mirror: “Harry was probably always going to be out of his depth as a would-be TV producer or presenter. The results have been mediocre, and I think he now realises he’s better suited to focusing on his charitable and campaigning work.”

Meanwhile, Meghan continues to thrive, launching her lifestyle brand As Ever and a podcast series, Confessions of a Female Founder. Her latest project, With Love, Meghan, has already secured a second season after a successful debut.

While Meghan expands her empire with sell-out launches, including her new wine line, Harry appears content to focus on his Archewell Foundation and distance himself from his wife’s business ventures.
