Tom Holland teases Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’

Box office-acclaimed actor Tom Holland has teased his involvement in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film The Odyssey, sharing glowing feedback about the experience.

The Odyssey is a cinematic adaptation of Homer’s epic poem, which follows the story of Odysseus, King of Ithaca, and his perilous journey home after the Trojan War.

In a recent interview, the Spider-Man star opened up about his “exciting” and “different” experience working on Nolan’s latest project.

“It was amazing. The job of a lifetime, without a doubt. The best experience I’ve had on a film set. Incredible,” Holland told GQ. “It was exciting. It was different. And I think the movie is going to be unlike anything we’ve ever seen.”

Holland added that he felt “absolutely fantastic” working alongside Nolan and getting to know both the director and his producing partner, Emma Thomas.

“I’ve never seen someone who can work the way they do,” he continued. “There’s a reason why they’re the best in the business, for sure. To get a front-row seat to that  to be a part of the process, to collaborate with a true master of his craft and learn from him it was the best experience I’ve ever had.”

The Odyssey is scheduled to premiere on July 17, 2026.
