The alleged statement from the singer’s official account read: “Hope it goes better for you two than it did for me.”

However, the truth is that the remark is four years old from a TikTok which was a request for the pop sensation: “if Miley Cyrus comments we will get married.”

While the Wrecking Ball hitmaker playfully issued a warning, it was for the influencer couple and was never intended for the Hollywood A-list stars.

It is to be noted that Miley is yet to comment on the big update that shocked the world.

This was also pointed out by many fans as one user revealed that this “comment is 4 years old” while another poked fun at the songstress stan by calling them “dumb swifties.”

A third X user maintained that it is “fake” as the Lover crooner has “closed” her comment section on Instagram.

Although it is not real, fans of the 32-year-old are waiting for her reaction on the big news.

On the other hand, celebrities including Sabrina Carpenter, Selena Gomez and Ice Spice have acknowledged the post.
