'Love Island USA' enrages fans with unexpected elimination

Love Island USA, which is nearing its end with finale episode on July 13, divided fans after beloved couple's elimination.

Although the seventh season was surrounded by several controversies, the fan-favourite show was called out for a completely different reason.

The Peacock series ended the journey of Ace Green and Chelley Bissainthe as they were the with the fewest votes.

As a result, the two exited the villa as they leave behind four pairs to compete for $100,000.

While Ace and Chelley had a brewing chemistry that began before they stepped on the show, they struggled in the beginning.

One of the X users expressed their frustration by saying: “Huda might win atp cause ain’t no way they kicked chelley out.”

Another streamer wrote: “IRIS AND PEPE INSTEAD OF ACE AND CHELLEY????!!! WHAT THE F*CK IS WRONG WITH YOUR F*CKING HEADS.”

A third viewer sarcastically advised that “’Love Island USA’ is going to be renamed “Clown Island.” Otherwise, this kind of casting logic just doesn’t make sense.”

This came after two of the contestants were removed from the show following separate controversies.

Recently Cierra Ortega was removed by the network after her past social media post was met with an outcry.

She used a slur that was deemed offensive by many, demanding her removal from the series.

It has been announced that Iris Kendall and Pepe Garcia, Huda Mustafa and Chris Seeley, Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe, Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales are the finalists of the series.
